Rules on Availing Services

Shared space

Hourly

The per hour accommodation of the shared space follows a first come, first served policy. Reservations are not allowed.

Daily

Reservations may be done at least one (1) working day prior to visit. Upon reserving, full payment will be required from the client.
Walk-ins can be allowed if there are seats available for use

Monthly

Reservations must be done at least five (5) working days before the first day of visit. Upon reserving, a 50% prepayment is required from the client. The client may also opt to pay in full as well.
Please note that if the client opts to use the prepayment option, he or she must provide his or her remaining balance by the 3rd working day of the month period.
Please note that if the space availed has not yet been paid in full, the client must be physically present in the co-working space before the 11th working day of the month period. If the client does not show up in SHARVD® by the 2nd working day of the month period, the Community Builder, as long as the client is continuously physically absent, will contact the client, either through phone or electronic mail, on the 2nd, 5th, and 8th working days of the month period to remind him or her of the above-mentioned rule. Note that the client must also pay his or her remaining balance on the first day that he or she shows up if such day is after the 3rd working day of the month period. If the client is still absent by the 11th working day of the month period, and the full payment has not been given yet, the reservation of the client will be forfeited and no refund may be obtained.

Dedicated Cubes

Daily

Reservations may be done at least one (1) working day prior to visit. Upon reserving, full payment will be required from the client.
Walk-ins can be allowed if the Dedicated Cube desired is available for use.

Weekly

Reservations must be done at least three (3) working days prior to visit. Upon reserving, a 50% prepayment is required from the client. The client may also opt to pay in full as well.
Please note that if the client opts to use the prepayment option, he or she must give the full payment by the 1st working day of the week that the Dedicated Cube is availed. For convenience to both the client and the Co-working space, the client will be reminded of his or her remaining balance on the 2nd working day after the client reserves the Dedicated Cube.

Think Tank Room/ Think Tank Room 1/ Think Tank Room 2

Hourly

Executive Room

Monthly

Reservations must be done at least eight (8) working days before the first day of room use. Upon reserving, a 50% prepayment is required from the client. The client may also opt to pay in full as well.

Packages

All packages availed must be paid for in full.

Special Rules on Consumables in Packages
Any consumable in any package must be utilized within a month period from the date that the package is availed. For example, if a package is availed on the 12th day of the month, all consumables of the said package must be used by the 12th day of the next month.
Any reservation for any consumable (e.g. 1-day Shared Space visit, 1 hour Think Tank Room use) may already be set at least 2 days prior to the start of utilizing an availed package. If the client opts not to set the specific dates for using his or her consumable, the reservation rules aforementioned will apply.

Payment method and Rules

SHARVD® accepts payment cash, check, debit, or credit.
If the service/space/ room availed has already been paid in full, the service/space/room will be fully reserved for the client’s use.
If the service/space/ room availed has only been pre-paid for, the client must conform to the prepayment option rules aforementioned on the Reservations section of the SHARVD® Co-working Manual (Section 3.1).
Walk-ins
Walk-ins can be accommodated if the desired space/cube is available for use.

Policy on used consumables when SHARVD® must compulsorily close office early

In instances wherein SHARVD®, due to an official government order (e.g., because of inclement weather) or under other related contexts, must compulsorily close office earlier than 6 p.m., consumables that are utilized by clients or customers, either in whole or in part, on such day will still be considered as already used and as such, will be subtracted to their remaining package, hours, etc.
